My name is Joshua Osman and I am a Certified Professional Self Improvement Coach and Public Speaker. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in School Counseling. I have been in public education for the last 10 years as both a teacher and counselor. I am deeply passionate about supporting clients as they gain personal insight and work through challenges to achieve meaningful success.

Life wants balance. We have to be intentional to create the best version of ourselves. Our mental health is affected by our diet, our exercise, and our sleep. Set some goals for yourself and create momentum, then build on that momentum and adjust where necessary. You don’t have to be the same tomorrow as you are today.
