My name is Joshua Osman and I am a Certified Professional Life Coach. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in School Counseling. I have been in public education for the last 10 years as both a teacher and counselor. As a life coach, I am deeply passionate about supporting clients as they gain personal insight and work through challenges to achieve meaningful success.
My mission as a Life Coach is to inspire you to build healthy habits and empower you to overcome. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.
Three ingredients for life transformation are Honesty, Understanding, and Action. First, take responsibility for your behavior and choices. Next, study yourself and become an expert on YOU. Finally, take decisive action toward positive change. I'm here to guide you on your journey to self-awareness and self-development.
Strategies include helping clients develop a greater self-awareness, implement tools to better manage their lives, and pursue specific mental health goals. I can help clients identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are detrimental to success. Clients can learn to be honest about self-sabotaging behaviors, to set and achieve their goals, and take on life’s challenges with confidence.
There are several key areas of life that make up overall wellness. The areas I focus on are diet, exercise, sleep, social life, and mindfulness. I can help clients regain balance in their lives to improve physical, emotional and mental health. Clients will learn, develop, and implement holistic strategies they can use to build and sustain a healthy and meaningful lifestyle.

Life wants balance. We have to be intentional to create the best version of ourselves. Our mental health is affected by our diet, our exercise, and our sleep. Set some goals for yourself and create momentum, then build on that momentum and adjust where necessary. You don’t have to be the same tomorrow as you are today.
